A fast version of a Swedish Strawberry Cake!  Here is a tip on how to make little individual strawberry cake cups.   It is easy, simple and a good presentation. Clean and cut strawberries. Either bake or use a store bought shortcake or poundcake.  Cut the cake into 1/2" thick  layers (horizontally).  Use any kind of cookie cutter and cut out little shapes of the cake.  Whip some heavy cream and either put it into a piping bag (or a plastic bag that you roll into a cone and cut the tip off of).  Alternate cream, cake and some strawberry jam or strawberry sauce.  Decorate with the cut strawberries. So delicious and fresh.  Now enjoy your super Swedish summer dessert!!! 🍓🍓🍓 Ulrika & Gisela
